Founded in 2011, our client is one of the pioneers of the Customs consultancy space in Dubai. They offer their clients an array of consultation services, including Audits, NOC procurement, customs orientation, and Export reports generation.
The Task:
Intending to increase their social media presence, the client hired us to manage their LinkedIn page actively and create engaging posts.
The Solution:
Our approach was to understand the client’s industry, the dynamics, the target audience, and the pain points. We understood that customer acquisition time was long, and the critical challenge was the lack of awareness of the service product itself.
To address this, we developed a social media strategy that was driven by two objectives:
- Create content that would educate audiences on the need for this service
- Firmly establish our client’s visionary & leadership role in the industry.
Accordingly, we relied on content in several formats:
- Educational posts – Infographics, explainer videos, single fact static posts.
- Company expertise – Videos depicting several successful case studies.
- Sales – Displaying the comprehensive range of the services provided.
Various formats were employed depending on the content: Infographics, Videos, Pdfs, Animation, Static posts, Data & research-based content.
This content helped educate and advise potential customers to fulfill all of their customs consulting needs. Commendable results were visible in a short period as the client’s LinkedIn page saw a 115% increase in followers without using paid leads or media.
